Our Tasmanian Kombucha Strawberry Mint is brewed with Tasmanian grown teas, Tasmanian strawberries and mint resulting in a fruity-fresh probiotic drink! Our unique cool fermentation of 4 to 6 weeks produces a light kombucha with low sweetness, complex tannins and beautiful acid profile. Kombucha makes a great non-alcoholic alternative to beer and cider.
